Instead of spending hours cooking at home this year, enjoy a stress-free Thanksgiving and let Paramour prepare a memorable Thanksgiving dinner for you and your family. In addition to their a la carte menu, Executive Chef Eric Goods has designed a festive and filling three-course prix fixe menu where you can enjoy Paramour’s version of traditional favorites.
Holiday diners opting for the special prix fixe menu will warm up with a choice of Wild Mushroom Bisque with Brie toast, Nashi Pear & Endive Salad, or a Roasted Autumn Vegetable & Goat Cheese Salad to begin the feast. For the main course, guests will have a hard time choosing amongst the traditional Roasted Plainville Farms Turkey with cornbread sausage stuffing, root vegetable gratin, Brussels sprouts and cranberry marmalade, Grilled Duroc Pork Chop with braised cabbage, roasted honey crisp apples and natural jus, and the Syrah Braised Short Rib with mashed sweet potatoes and collard greens. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert! The meal finishes with three choices of irresistible sweets including Pumpkin Cheesecake with cranberry compote and white chocolate gelato, Chestnut Crème Brûlée with huckleberry jam, and Apple Brown Butter Cake with Tahitian vanilla gelato covered in caramel sauce. Wine lovers will want to enhance their Thanksgiving dining experience with an optional wine pairing by the Sommelier or allow him to help find a new favorite from the ever evolving wine list.
Paramour’s special Thanksgiving menu is $60 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. The menu will be offered Thursday, November 26, 2015 from noon – 8pm. So leave the cooking and cleaning to Paramour, all you need to make is your reservation.
