Instead of spending hours cooking at home this year, enjoy a stress-free Thanksgiving and let Paramour prepare a memorable Thanksgiving dinner for you and your family. Executive Chef Eric Goods has designed a festive and filling Three-Course Prix Fixe Menu in addition to the a la carte menu that will be offered on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th.
Holiday diners will warm up with a choice of Roasted Butternut Squash & Lobster Soup, Escarole & Honey Crisp Apple Salad, or a Port Poached Pear & Goat Cheese Salad to begin the feast. For the main course, guests will have a hard time choosing amongst the traditional Roasted Zimmerman Farms Turkey with foie gras and chestnut stuffing, Tuscan kale, parsnips and orange cranberry chutney, Corned Rohan Duck Breast with cannellini beans, Brussels sprouts and brandied cherries, and the Slow Roasted Strube Ranch Wagyu Brisket with green bean casserole, roasted cippolini onions and beef jus. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert! The meal finishes with three choices of sweets including Pecan Pie with cranberry gelato and orange caramel, Pumpkin Cheese Cake with maple bourbon sauce and praline ice cream, and Ginger Crème Brulee with lemon cream sandwich cookies. Wine lovers will want to enhance the Thanksgiving dining experience with an optional wine pairing by the Sommelier or he can help you find a new favorite from our ever evolving wine list.
Wine Pairing additional $30 per person.
Tax & Gratuity not included.
