Spring dishes include new selections such as Sweet Pea Velouté poured tableside over PEI mussels en escabeche and pancetta crumble, Goat Cheese En Croute with spring peas, pearl onions, bacon, and shallot jam, Claudio’s Burrata & Lobster piled atop fried green tomatoes, with mâche salad and 25 year aged balsamic, and Spring Garlic & Harissa Rubbed Lamb Chops with baby artichokes, radishes, panisse fries, and lamb jus.
