Paramour welcomes new Executive Chef, Eric Goods
Paramour restaurant and the Wayne Hotel are pleased to announce that Eric Goods has taken the reins as Executive Chef. Eric has already placed his signature style on the new fall menus that are rolling out right now. This chef’s passion for the culinary arts and respect for fresh local products is evident in his new dishes.
A native of Morristown, New Jersey, Eric comes to Paramour with an impressive history working with celebrated chefs including Wolfgang Puck, Charlie Palmer and Todd English, and at critically acclaimed restaurants such as Lacroix, Buddakan, Morimoto, 10 Arts at the Ritz Carlton and Nobu. Eric’s academic background in the culinary arts was honed at both Johnson and Wales University and the University of Nevada at Las Vegas where he studied hotel-restaurant management. Eric is committed to serving high quality, fresh, locally sourced food using the best products at the height of their season in order to bring out the fullness of each ingredient’s flavor profile. The results are bold, vibrant flavors that pair well with wine without competing with it. Eric plans to wow every guest who comes to Paramour and make each dining experience a memorable occasion. Now excited to be leading the team at Paramour, Eric will make his mark with food that is as pleasing to the palate as it is a feast for the eyes.
