Paramour invites you to usher in 2015 with a special five-course celebratory dinner on New Year’s Eve. The exquisite menu created by Executive Chef Eric Goods will start with a welcoming champagne toast and an amuse bouche of Vichyssoise of Kushi Oyster with caviar and candied Meyer lemon, then continue on to dinner with choices that will include Wagyu Beef Tartare with fried egg and violet mustard sabayon, Veal Consommé with foie gras dumplings, roasted turnips and gold leaf, Ricotta Gnudi with braised oxtail, rapini and burgundy truffles, Zimmerman Farms Capon with parsnip tortellini, mustard greens and sauce bordelaise, and Pan Seared Loup De Mer with butter poached lobster, kohlrabi and shallot confit. A Contemporary Sweets Sampler of chocolate Earl Gray torte, tangerine Bavarian, and champagne sorbet will be the perfect way to finish 2014 on a sweet note.
Paramour’s decadent New Year’s Eve dinner menu will be offered for $120 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, along with an optional wine pairing selected for this menu by the sommelier for an additional $50. New Year’s Day Brunch at Paramour
