New Year’s Eve at Paramour 2012

On New Year’s Eve, Monday, December 31, 2012 from 5 to 11 pm, Paramour invites you to usher in 2013 with a special Five-Course Prix Fixe Celebratory Dinner. The exquisite menu created by Chef de Cuisine Kyle Johnson will start off with a welcoming Champagne Toast and include Pan Seared Truffle Gnocchi with brussels sprouts, royal trumpet mushrooms and parmesan cream; Butter Poached Lobster with asparagus and celery root puree; Surf and Turf Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Alaskan King Crab, creamed spinach and potato croquette and will finish with a Contemporary Sweets Sampler. Please feel free to enhance your dining experience with an optional wine pairing by their sommelier.

Four Course Menu for $125 per person.
Wine Pairing additional $50 per person.
