Paramour’s selections for the Business Express, a three-course lunch entrée, are a Baby Arugula Salad with apples, macerated raisins with walnut dressing; Shepherd’s Pie with lamb, onion, carrot, celery root, parsnip and garlic topped with Yukon gold whipped potatoes; and Brownie Bites with caramel and walnuts for dessert.
