Goodbye, Paramour. Hello, Rosalie!

The Wayne Hotel is excited to welcome Rosalie, coming soon in the space occupied by Paramour. Rosalie will feature Italian soul food described by Rosalie Executive Chef Merick Devine as, “Italian cuisine, deeply rooted in tradition, heritage and technique, adapted to the local landscape with a gentle-contemporary approach.” Rosalie will offer brunch, lunch and dinner daily.

Paramour will close its doors and say goodbye after its final dinner service on Saturday, June 22, 2019, to allow Rosalie to redesign and renovate the restaurant space and lobby.

We thank our hotel guests and Paramour regulars in advance for your patience and understanding while we close the restaurant to prepare for the grand opening of Rosalie. Please join our email list and keep an eye on our social media accounts for news about Rosalie.
