Elizabeth Spencer Vintner Dinner Recap
An enthusiastic crowd turned out for Paramour’s Elizabeth Spencer Vintner Dinner on Wednesday night. Executive Chef Michael Giampa teamed with winemaker Elizabeth Pressler of Elizabeth Spencer Wines to host the unforgettable five-course dinner. The evening began with a passed Hors D’oeuvres reception in the Lobby Lounge, where guests mingled with Elizabeth Pressler while sipping on Elizabeth Spencer 2010 Mendocino Organic Sauvignon Blanc. Guests then moved into Paramour’s dining room to enjoy the carefully prepared five course dinner and listen to Elizabeth Pressler speak about crafting her exceptional wines.
