Paramour at the Wayne Hotel invites you and your family to make your holidays merry and enjoy a spirited Christmas dinner on Christmas Day. In addition to Paramour’s a la carte dinner menu, Executive Chef Eric Goods has prepared a festive four-course prix fixe menu featuring holiday cuisine that will bring you into the spirit of the season.
Christmas Day diners will select from new twists on traditional favorites including Chestnut Velouté with shaved foie gras torchon and poached pears, Heirloom Sweet Potato & Spinach Salad with Shellbark Hollow Farm feta, pumpkin seed and pomegranate vinaigrette, Slow Roasted Lancaster Goose with wild rice, fire-roasted acorn squash, mustard greens and goose gravy, and a Cranberry Pecan Pie with dark chocolate sorbet. Dining guests opting for the special prix fixe menu can highlight each course by adding an expertly chosen wine pairing by the Sommelier or allow him to help find a new favorite from the award-winning wine list.
Paramour’s special Christmas menu is $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. The menu will be offered Friday, December 25, 2015 from noon – 8pm. Reservations are required and can be made online or by calling 610-977-0600.
