The Business Express features the chef’s weekly selection of hot entrée, a petite salad and dessert with all courses served together on a unique porcelain tray, so you can ‘get back to business’ at your own pace. Dishes may include: Caramelized Diver Scallops over corn succotash served with a classic wedge salad and crème brulee for dessert; or Garganelli Pasta with braised artichokes served with heirloom beet and burrata salad and a cookie sampler for dessert.
